Penny is an Anglo Indian home cook.  She comes from a family of keen cooks and grew up watching and learning from her grandmother, Dad and brother, a professional chef to, amongst others, the Queen Mother!  Her anglo Indian heritage has influenced her style and Penny is renowned as much for her curries as her traditional British sausage rolls.
