Wataru is a Japanese home cook who has been delighting his friends and family with traditional Japanese meals for many years.  On coming to Finland he found there was very little authentic Japanese food available and it became important to him to introduce genuine Japanese food and culture to his new home.  He learnt his culinary skills from his parents and now enjoys learning from books and the internet to bring his own adaptations to traditional dishes.
